Returns + Exchanges


The Feather Junkie will happily accept any unused/unworn product and uncut bundles/feathers. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. Orders that are returned back to the sender will be refunded back to the customer and restocked to the website. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return postage.
All sales final on sale, discounted, and promotional items.



At this time we do not offer an exchange process because we cannot hold items. If you need another size or a different item is calling for you, simply send us back the item you don't want, and purchase the new item online (so not to miss out). When the return item arrives - we will issue a refund for the item. 



We take extra care when packaging your order and inspect all items before being shipped to ensure a high standard of quality. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty or damaged during transit, please inform us immediately by emailing us.



All items must be in original and unused condition with all tags attached. If the item is not in such condition, been worn, damaged or altered you will not be refunded or offered an exchange and the item will be returned to you. 


The Feather Junkie reserves the rights to deny any refund or exchange once the product is received and the nature of the product is evaluated.
