Returns + Exchanges


The Feather Junkie will happily accept any unused/unworn product and uncut bundles/feathers. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by requesting a return to be eligible for a refund. Orders that are returned back to sender will be refunded back to customer and restocked to the website. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for return postage.
All sales final on sale items.



Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by requesting an exchange to be eligible for a refund. Exchanges can be made within 14 days for any items that are currently in stock at the time that the items are received.  Customer is responsible for return postage. Return shipping charges to return the exchanged items is waived. In the case that a custom design is unsatisfactory, that item may be returned with the intention of exchanging for store credit. 



We take extra care when packaging your order and inspect all items before being shipped to ensure a high standard of quality. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty or damaged during transit, please inform us immediately by emailing us.



All items must be in original and unused condition with all tags attached. If the item is not in such condition, been worn, damaged or altered you will not be refunded or offered an exchange and the item will be returned to you. Please continue onto our return portal to request a return.
