Shipping

Shipping rates are flat rates and shipped via USPS from Dallas, Texas. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and handling made-to-order items. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS All orders over $50 ship for FREE - For orders under $50, rates start at $6.95. Once shipped, you can generally expect your item in 2-7 business days. Priority and Express Shipping options are available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS For all orders placed outside the US, packages will be default shipped via First Class Mail which typically takes 14-21 days for delivery. Rates start at $15. If you would like upgraded international shipping, please select International Priority shipping at checkout. 

In stock items are shipped the same or next business day after the order is received. Keep in mind, most products are made to order. Please allow 1-3 days for handling of made-to-order items. Orders are not shipped on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or holidays. We pride ourselves on giving each product the love and care it deserves. Getting orders out as fast and efficient as possible is a priority.

The Feather Junkie will only ship to the address given at checkout. If you need to change the address on the order, that transaction will be refunded, and another transaction with the correct shipping address will need to be placed.  Given the nature of our products, it is not guaranteed that a product will be in stock or available for another transaction.

The Feather Junkie takes extra care when packaging your order and we inspect all items before being shipped to ensure a high standard of quality. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please inform us immediately by emailing us with pictures and a description of how the product was received, and it will be evaluated. 

In order to keep the buyer and seller protection policy valid, each transaction that goes through must be shipped individually and in its own package.

Once an order has shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. International tracking will be trackable up to your country's customs. Please allow 24 hours before tracking your package. 

International orders may be subject to any local customs, import duties or associated fees once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Customs policies vary, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and The Feather Junkie will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. The Feather Junkie practices honest business ethics and can not alter or change the value of a shipment to bypass or waive customs charges. International orders will include an invoice at full value for customs purposes.
